Do you sell my personal information to other companies or advertisers ?

Sauces4U DOES NOT sell your information to anyone. Your information is protected and will never be released to anyone.  We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Where is Sauces4U located?

Sauces4U is located in Portsmouth, Virginia.  Since our store is a web front we are open 24 hours a day! 

 

 

Where can I find Sauces4U products in my area?

Since Sauces4U is an online retailer, we do not have physical stores. There are a few stores locally that stock our product. We are able to offer many different ordering options. Orders may be made online through the website, over the telephone or through the mail.  Please call or write for more options--we are more than happy to accommodate you!

 

 

Once I submit my order how long does it take to ship ?

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Time

 

We make every attempt to ship orders the same business day if they are made before 1:00 PM EST. After shipping you should receive an e-mail confirming that your order has shipped. We ship using both UPS and USPS Priority Service depending on the size of the order.

 

Orders less than 2 lbs are usually shipped USPS Priority and typical delivery time is less than a week in the continental US. Note: Holiday delivery times are slower.

 

UPS shipping time vary depending on the destination. Note: The shipping days are business days (Monday through Friday and excluding holidays).

 

 

What if I place an order on Saturday or Sunday ?

Packages only ship on days that UPS are accepting packages, which are typically Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

 

I'm new to the Internet and not too sure about online ordering. Can I phone in my order ?

Absolutely- getting comfortable with new technology takes time. Dial 1.757.641.7829 if you're calling from continental "48" United States.   But when you're feeling more confident, give us a try via the website. Ordering online is just as safe as calling your order in. If we thought otherwise, we would not be doing business on the Web. We've tried to make it as easy as possible, and it's people like you who can give us suggestions to make it even better.

 

 

Do you ship via UPS or Postal Service ?

Both. We ship via UPS and US Mail. In the lower 48 states, we ship all packages over ~3 pounds via UPS and the smaller packages are shipped via priority mail. All other locations are shipped via US Mail.

 

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. You can also select the "offline" order button then file out your order form, print the form and mail it in with your check or money order.

 

 

How do I know my order went through O.K.?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes the method of shipping. If your order was shipped via UPS, your e-mail will include the UPS tracking number.
